Legal Representation
Doyle APC is a professional corporation registered under California law with its principal office located at 550 West B St, 4th Floor, San Diego, CA 92101. Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in California and are admitted to practice in federal courts nationwide.
For hernia mesh cases and similar matters, we represent clients regardless of their state of residence. We primarily file these cases directly in federal Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) proceedings, where our attorneys are admitted pro hac vice. In rare instances where needed, we may associate with local counsel in specific jurisdictions, at no additional cost to you.
Direct Representation Commitment
Unlike many mass tort firms, we personally handle your case rather than referring it to other law firms. Our attorneys work directly with you throughout the entire legal process, ensuring personalized attention and strategic representation tailored to your specific situation.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Viewing this website, submitting information through forms, or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. This relationship is only established after you have signed a written agreement with our firm. Please do not send confidential information until we have established an attorney-client relationship.
Fee Structure
Our cases are typically handled on a contingency fee basis, meaning you pay no attorneys’ fees unless we obtain a recovery for you. “Contingent attorneys’ fees” refers only to the fees charged for legal services. Court costs and other case expenses are separate from attorneys’ fees and may be the responsibility of the client depending on the written agreement with our firm. The percentage fee will be computed before or after expenses are deducted from the recovery in accordance with state laws and our written fee agreement.
